* basic swimming skills
* for smaller kids and teenagers, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required

* NO valid certificate - just commemorative certificate of Mermaiding course

Course content
* introductory briefing, positive motivation, energization of the organism
* introduction to the basic points and limits of the lesson and course
* forms of communication under water – signals
* positive relaxation, preparation for practical exercises
* assembly - "arrangement" of mermaiding equipment
* putting on - "clothing", methodology, practical demonstration, repeated exercises
* preparation of the anti-fog mask and method of attachment to the top of the head
* water entry training
* pressure equalization in the middle ear
* work with monofins
* dolphin kick instruction
* movement under water
* work with the mask - flooding and clearing the mask, breathing under water without a mask

You can complete Mermaiding with us according to your wishes in the
Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Egypt, Malta etc.
